Never meeting a sport she didn’t like, this certified yoga instructor and Registered Nutritional Consulting Practitioner is an accomplished adventure racer, dancer, figure skater, surfer and a general jock of all things athletic.

Her infectious laugh and positive nature lends itself well to her latest passion of educating kids, parents and teachers through the Actions Schools BC, 2010 Legacies Program.
