TEAM BUILDING EVENTS

PEAK FITNESS' objective is to bring corporate teams closer together, we take you out of the office environment and occasionally just outside your comfort zone. As we all know that is where the magic happens and where the true camaraderie begins! We have had great success to date in helping build a sense of community & culture within the workplace following these guidelines.

INTRO TO ICE CLIMBING

Equipped with Ice Axes, Crampons, Harness, Helmet and Ropes - PEAK FITNESS is offering your team an introduction to ice climbing.

This event is suitable for all fitness levels, no previous experience is required. 

Duration: 2 - 3 hours climbing per group - (plus travel-time to location)

Minimum 3 / Maximum 6 per group.

CANYONEERING

If this is the first time that you have heard of 'Canyoneering' - perhaps this is exactly the event for your team! 

Canyoneering is comprised of following a waterway/canyon from an elevated position, downwards. We accomplish this by lowering ourselves off waterfalls via ropes, jumping in pools and basically working our way down through a stream or waterway until we reach the exit point below. 

This has been one of our most successful Team building events in the past.

Predominately a summer event, it is also possible to complete a 'dry-canyoneering' event during the winter months.

Minimum 4 / Maximum 6 per group.

SNOWCRAFT WORKSHOP

Snow safety and Survival skills

Gain a brief insight into the science behind snow and what factors to take into consideration before you and your group go adventuring this winter. 

Team Games on-site: Snow-cave construction, Avalanche Beacon Search. 


Variety of difficulty levels & options available.

Duration: between 2- 5 hours


Minimum 4 / Maximum 10 per group.

SUMMER HIKE / WINTER SNOWSHOE

Venture into the local Vancouver mountains with a guide and your team! Take in the beautiful views and work together to accomplish a common goal.

Snowshoe/Hike trips vary from Easy, Moderate to Difficult - depending on the specific group's request & abilities.

Day & Evening options available.

Duration: between 2 - 5 hours

Minimum 4 / Maximum 10 per group.
